A federal licence is required to cultivate, process and sell cannabis for medical or non-medical purposes. Individuals who are authorized by a health care professional can register to buy products from holders of a licence for sale for medical purposes.

This table lists all cultivators, processors and sellers that hold a licence issued by Health Canada under the Cannabis Regulations.

How to find your Licensed Seller:

Step 1: Enter ‘Sale (medical)’ in the blank box beside ‘Filter items’.

Step 2: Use toggle system to filter by province.

Step 3: Contact the client care team of your new Licensed Seller and ask for the fax number that you will provide to your existing Licensed Seller.
