  • Managing Stress & Anxiety Workshop

    Experience and learn how to naturally guide your own body to let go of tension.
    During this workshop you will learn:

    • breathing techniques and movements to reduce stress
    • how to reduce anxiety

    People come out of this workshop with a sense of calm and feel confident.

  • Boundaries Workshop

    A healthy boundary is a sense of contentment experienced in the body.
    During this workshop you will:

    • identify your own sense of boundary
    • experience what a healthier boundary might feel like

    Most people realize how a healthier boundary can impact and change their lives for the better.

    2:30pm-4:00pm – June 25, 2019

Please attend the workshops in loose fitting comfortable clothes and bring your own yoga mat if you have one.

Dr. Van Schalkwyk is a family physician with experience and interest in holistic medicine, psychiatry
and body focused psychotherapy. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal itself given the right
